A: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, about 1 hours bus ride from Guangzhou.. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us, we will pick you up.
B: What are your major products?
Our main products are welded stainless steel tubes, the most competitive product is stainless steel slotted tube.
C: Where is your raw material comes from?
Raw material comes only from suppliers who are top-1 class steel in China. Good product is originates from the accurate control of the quality of the steel.
D: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. Our people always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.
E: What are your major markets?
Our main markets are Europe, Australia, South Africa, Middle East and South America now.
F: Do you provide samples? What are the shipping methods for samples?
Yes, We do. But we hope you are charging for the freight cost.
G: Do you accept OEM & ODM orders?
we accept OEM & ODM orders as well on the basis of quantity and price.
H: Do you have minimum quantity requirement?
Yes, we have different minimum quantities for different product series in trial orders and repeating orders. They also depend on the items you want. For details, please directly contact any of our sales staff.

J: What is your normal delivery lead-time?
We normally accept 30 days lead-time in the confirmed invoice. However, upon customers’ request, we always make delivery as early as possible.
